•Support a Fraud / Dispute processing system being built by an external development vendor, which will greatly assist customer-facing staff in the credit unions being served by PSCU across the United States.

•Lead testing effort for onshore and offshore resources, to implement full-service interface for credit union users across the United States. This effort stresses integration of vendor-supplied software into native platforms, as well as end-user experience.
