Responsible for the Project Management of long haul Optical fiber systems across the United States. Coordinated and Oversaw the construction and implementation process to turn up multiple circuits traversing multiple states.
*Managed multiple groups internally, OSP, ISP, Engineering, Operations, Testing, and splicing groups to implement multiple fiber circuits.
*Oversaw contractors in the implementation of turning up circuits in the long haul environment.

*Managed Ten OSP Engineers and Associate Engineers and helped and mentored the CAD department to produce professional drawings that were Constructible and Permittable.
*Lead the team to produce 60 miles of permittable drawings and as high as 90 miles per month.

Developed complex spice diagrams for Node Inserts. Utilized OTDR, Power Meters as required. Provided test data for fiber optimization and Fiber Characterization Testing.
Managed and Completed approx. 15-20 Major cable cuts per year. Managed Auto Augments averaging 12 a week. Managed Dark fiber relationships for new builds with Fiber light, AT&T, ZAYO,Consolidated and private entities.
