● Prepared a discounted cash flow model to arrive at the intrinsic share value of Moderna Inc Company and determine whether it is undervalued or overvalued.

● Evaluated the enterprise value of the company by using exit multiple approach for the terminal value and the free cash flows after the projected periods.

● Used mRNA-based vaccine and COVID treatment manufacturers as comparable companies to estimate the levered beta and determine the weighted average cost of capital.

● Performed sensitivity analysis based on different capital structures and its effect on the enterprise value and the terminal growth rate.
