Experience in these fields helped me further develop and learn how to successfully manage assets, budgeting, accounting, leasing, team building/training, and daily operations to the best of my ability with data proven results. I have efficiently managed both on and off-site as well as lease in a busy environment alone, offering a "two-in-one" advantage. At the same time, maintain a 98% occupancy rate, provide excellent customer service, de-escalate, problem-solve, resident relations, supervise maintenance teams, manage vendors, oversee capital improvements, provide timely and accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, increase profitability, hold community events, enforce community rules & regulations, manage resident communication, and obtain excellent survey scoring and 5-star ratings from both residents and prospects.

If you look at my resume, you will notice a couple of quick transitions between companies as I had hit a "ceiling" in my career working in sales as I excelled in each role consistently being one of the top producers. While working as a single mother, I understood that I would need to downshift into entry level positions in the interim to transition back into the field. Fortunately, this trial-and-error period in my life allowed me to re-develop, strengthen my character, and add additional skills to my resume, finding that it is never too late to learn and improve.

In summary, I am an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can juggle numerous responsibilities efficiently by providing strong leadership, effective asset management, and top-notch leasing combined with a strong desire to learn and grow.
