RE: On-Site Property Manager Position
To Whom This May concern:
In response to the job posting listed on Indeed, I am attaching my resume for your review. As indicated in my resume, I have over 5 years’ experience overseeing residential properties as well as 3 years’ experience in HOA management.
I am highly interested in this position and hold the necessary skills, qualifications, and expertise in this field. My passion is helping others and strengthening communities and pushes me to excel and achieve. Given the opportunity, I will strive to the fullest to prove myself an asset to your organization. Experience in these fields helped me further develop and learn how to successfully manage assets, budgeting, accounting, leasing, team building/training, and daily operations to the best of my ability with data proven results. I have efficiently managed both on and off-site as well as lease in a busy environment alone, offering a "two-in-one" advantage. At the same time, maintain a 98% occupancy rate, provide excellent customer service, de-escalate, problem-solve, resident relations, supervise maintenance teams, manage vendors, oversee capital improvements, provide timely and accurate financial reporting, manage budgets, increase profitability, hold community events, enforce community rules & regulations, manage resident communication, and obtain excellent survey scoring and 5-star ratings from both residents and prospects.
If you look at my resume, you will notice a couple of quick transitions between companies as I had hit a "ceiling" in my career working in sales as I excelled in each role consistently being one of the top producers. While working as a single mother, I understood that I would need to downshift into entry level positions in the interim to transition back into the field. Fortunately, this trial-and-error period in my life allowed me to re-develop, strengthen my character, and add additional skills to my resume, finding that it is never too late to learn and improve.
In summary, I am an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills who can juggle numerous responsibilities efficiently by providing strong leadership, effective asset management, and top-notch leasing combined with a strong desire to learn and grow. Given the opportunity, I will prove myself to be an asset to your organization for many years to come.
Thank you for having taken the time to review my resume as I realize there might be many applicants for this position. However, I hope that I have been able to provide you with the necessary insight into my background and passion and shown myself to be a strong candidate. Please feel free to reach out should you have any questions. I can be reached at 707-***-**** or ******.******@*****.***.
Sincerely,
Alyssa Campbell
