PROFILE

I am a newly graduated student of UVU with a bachelors degree in Family Science. I have a passion for helping others and have received many different types of opportunities in my career that help me to do just that. I am friendly and kind, with a strong self motivation to get the job done and done well. I am organized and handle stress with ease. I am looking for a full time position at this company and know I would be a good fit because of not only my dedication to the work but my passion for the people.

EXPERIENCE

Donor Center Technician, Lead at Grifols Biomat — April 2022-Present I create schedules and ensure operations run smooth, address any staffing or donor issues, train new hires and new trainers, coordinate with other locations and mid to upper management, continue to do all job functions as a donor center technician as well.

Donor Center Technician at Grifols Biomat — January 2019-April 2022 I screen donors for eligibility and take their vitals, quickly adapted to systems and processes cross functionally in a regulated environment, and orient new donors and ensure all donors have a good experience.

Mentor at Discovery Academy — April 2019- December 2019 I would ensure the needs of the girls were met, listen, advise, or otherwise help the girls to process life and school situations, provide safety by defining boundaries and enforcing rules, teach accountability, assist with school and other areas as the need arises, establish a trust and develop a relationship with each individual girl. Intern at Utah Foster Care — January 2023-April 2023 I shadowed with the Retention Specialist at Utah Foster Care and learned about the foster care system as well as how the company works as a whole. I was in charge of a few projects like updating and providing a resource booklet for all foster parents. I always started providing child care for foster parents and the monthly meetings they had to attend.
