At the beginning of every day I would clock in alittle early so I could get all data sheets for each press I had to break down completely and lock out. Once I would shut down all water lines n temperature setting I would then remove each bolt n then I would pull shut the press and lock both sides together and then hook the over head Crain and slowly lift out the huge press jig. and then locate the next huge jig hook up the over head crain lowering it back down into it place and hold it there until I could get the right bokts and clamps to hold n lock the press jig down and then rehook up all water lines n heater lines and remove the lock out and set the computer setting for the press operations. I would end up running sample parts test all data sheets n safety data sheets...
