OCTOBER 2021 – APRIL 2022

MANUAL PALLETIZE, WATERSPIDER

Operating as a manual palletize associate consists of scanning packages into designated pallet areas that correspond with the correct Amazon warehouse ‘ARC’, placing boxes neatly to fit into a mold creating by specialized sleeves as well as a secure blue lid top. Other duties of a waterspider would include sweeping the floors and walkways of the department to ensure things like screws, dirt, and debris wouldn’t affect the pallet jack as it rolled or even other associates. OCTOBER 2021 – DECEMBER 2022 (PRESENT)

FLUID LOAD, WALL-BUILDER

Being labor tracked as a wall-builder includes having the responsibility of constructing safe, secure trailer walls that not only flush evenly, but combine a hybrid of totes and boxes to ensure Amazon can ship product efficiently to other locations.

APRIL 2022 – MAY 2022

OUTBOUND, LEARNING AMBASSADOR

After learning how to perform in my department, impacting other associates positively and coaching them on safe methods was an opportunity granted to me. I participated in becoming a learning ambassador in order to help new hires retain their positions and also excel earlier. This stint was very brief as I pursued a larger role in the department and decided on having more availability for the floor management to utilize me nearly every shift. Duties of an ambassador include guiding new associates through K-NET safety learning courses, giving a warehouse tour, tracking progress being made by new hires, and answering questions after demonstrating what is expected and required of said associates. MAY 2022 – DECEMBER 2022 (PRESENT)

FLUID LOAD CRITICAL ROLE, PROCESS GUIDE (PG)

JUNE 2022 – DECEMBER 2022 (PRESENT)

FLUID LOAD CRITICAL ROLE, SWEEPER

Operating as a sweeper for the outbound department consists of sealing finished/full trailers with designated tools to virtually ensure all product inside the vehicle is accounted for. JUNE 2022 – DECEMBER 2022 (PRESENT)

FLUID LOAD CRITICAL ROLE, TRAILER DOCK RELEASE (TDR) My responsibilities included taking a class on the safety and importance of interacting with the trailer dock doors, dock plates, as well as trailer straps and airbags. The goal is to safely secure each final wall of a trailer with carboard protection, tightened AZNG straps with clasps or tying orange HJBI straps together, compressing it with an airbag attached above the wall, and ensuring the sweeper’s seal makes it into the trailer before then finally being closed. SUPERVISING AGENT

American Income Life - Tempe, AZ

May 2018 to October 2021

I am the benefits specialist that does the permanent insurance benefits for all the major unions such as the police officers, fire fighters, veterans, electricians and more. We provide permanent and supplemental benefits to working union members and close loved ones that qualify. I look to continue working this profession alongside other short term side hustling to make sure I am financially stable post COVID-19 as I rely on commission sales, bonuses and residuals. TECH SUPPORT AGENT

DISH NETWORK

March 2017 to March 2018

Technical support at DISH Network has been a great experience. I spent time interacting with customers on back-to-back calls. Providing technical expertise to help these customers resolve their issues, help adjust their billing statements, while also offering top quality DISH value to eligible accounts were all along the lines of my daily occupation. Not only has it made me more efficient as I type, but also increased my knowledge on program functions and making automated tools work smoothly for each side of business. I was able to learn the system very quickly, I also made wonderful impacts on customers who were not completely sold on company value at the time. With the amount of call center experience that DISH Network has provided to me, I feel well prepared to journey into newer territory and greater terrains of the work force.

COFFEE SHOP CLERK

STARBUCKS

April 2016 to March 2017

Fry's Food Stores was my second longest stint so far as an employee. This was my second opportunity in the work force. At the Starbucks kiosk, I was top of the roster in terms of efficiency and production, always doing my best to ensure an authentic customer engagement and correctly assemble beverages that were ordered. Certain aspects of the job were not required but were taken upon myself to accomplish to improve the work environment for other employees. I re-organized an entire stock room which took close to twelve hours of physical labor, while marking material to then separate and setup properly for ease of access. Before I arrived, their storage supplies were trashed everywhere and was a complete clutter! I thrived, worked hard and consistent for over eleven months and maintained a great attendance record. SHIFT MANAGER

MCDONALDS

September 2015 to April 2016

The duties included with being a shift manager at McDonalds were making targets for our drive through and front counter service stations, organizing, counting and depositing store revenue from registers, creating weekly schedules, running the floor and making sure all active employees had a set station to keep performance at a maximum level and total order times at a very low rate. A lot more work outside of these things such as stocking, brewing teas, brewing iced coffees, and maintenance are all included in the job.
