•Assessed the effect of prolonged waiting time on the revenue of the department of radiology; collaborated with the department to improve access to scheduled scans

•Implemented a wave-scheduling appointment system to decrease wait time for approximately 14,000 patients, and led to a 25% increase in scans performed
