-Manage and process inventory/stock into Navy ERP
-Assistant receiving lead
-Processes contract material for receipt to stow
-Analyzes shipping documents (i.e. MILSTRIP, DD-1348, DD-1149, shipping manifests, etc.) to ensure proper delivery of material.
-Assist Depot Level Repairable (DLR) Coordinator in filling requisitions and turn ins using Navy ERP transactions including VL06P, VL02N, and ZRMIM0070 to ensure mission readiness of the fleet.
-Ensures materials funded for repair are inducted into the Lab via ZRMIM0070 to ensure traceability of asset repairs and funds.
-Supervise up to 7 contractor's work to identify and recommend corrective action to
avoid possible issues with work performance.
-Determine if the correct deliverables were provided and invoiced by contractors
which include classified and secret materials.
-Address and resolve warehouse management and logistical support procedural,
technical, and automation issues that arise.
-Brief departments and chain of command to support supply operations and
logistics programs.
-Explain programs or policies to Civilians, department personnel and contractors to
enhance understanding of program objectives.
-Conduct follow up assessment to ensure deficiency corrections have been applied
with deliveries, stock, inventories and Navy ERP transactions.
