Throughout my nine years in construction, I have perfected my hand tool operation, loading and unloading, moving construction materials around the worksite, removing rubbles and other debris at construction sites. Cutting joints - grooves in concrete with edging tools to help control cracking and performed a variety of task involving strenuous manual labour. Check formwork, granular base and steel reinforcement materials and direct placement of concrete into forms or onto surfaces according to grade. Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement, operated power vibrators to compact concrete, level top surface concrete according to grade and depth specification, imparted desired finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools. I have a great deal of experience and highly knowledgeable when it comes to drywall intallation, my responsabilities have included installing drywall, taping and mudding seams, sanding and finishing walls.

I have worked as a manual laborer and construction assistant manager for a prestigious company as Construcciones Civiles Generales S.A., in Panama City, Panama, where I learned the basics of project management by adhering to company safety protocols and accomplishing my work abilities like:

* Performed a variety of journey-level construction duties involved in the maintanance of multi-million dollar projects, including residential buildings and commercial projects. Submitted all jobsite and timesheet records on time and fully compliant with company standards.

In my previous role, I contributed collaboration, teamwork, and scaffolding towards team efforts and business improvements. I am progressive minded and in tune with new developments in my field. I have proven to be effective and collaborative with strong time-management talents.
