Hi! My name is Cameron Fair.
I work at a company Called the California Superbike School. I have worked there for more than four years and I love it! I travel around the United States and teach advanced motorcycle riding on racetracks. I don't personally teach our clients how to ride motorcycles, but I am one of the staff members that keeps the day running smoothly. My work days are very scheduled and organized which makes me like to think things out so I can complete everything to the fullest!
Since I started working at my job, I've become very confident with communicating with people. I am able to handle difficult people and communicate with them in a calm and understanding way.
I am very organized and I like to know exactly what my duties are so I can complete it quickly and efficiently. My work days are very long so I'm used to being on my feet for 12 hours or more a day.
One of the things I do at my job is make sure our clients have everything they need to focus on their riding. I handle anything from making them an espresso (we have an espresso machine), to giving them a bandaid. My coworkers and I make sure they have food, snacks and water to stay hydrated. I am always making sure our clients are satisfied and taken care of.
I also worked at Zara for 6 months in Sales. I enjoyed working there but my schedule with the California Superbike School didn't work with Zara so unfortunately I had to resign. Overall it was a really good experience and I learned a lot from it!
I am a very friendly and energetic person. I like to help people in any way that I can so that they enjoy their time and have a good experience.
I am very passionate about helping people and doing the best I can to make them happy with their experience.
