Objective Statement

As a result of my skills, experience and education, I am capable of significantly increasing the probability of achieving successful software implementations which are inclusive of contractual scope, while increasing productivity and profitability by implementing innovative, proven updated technology, management, motivational and software training solutions.

Selected Accomplishments

In early 2022, I took over a project that was late in taking multiple subsidiaries live with their financials & procurement. I restructured the plan to follow proven implementation methodology and successfully brought the client’s four subsidiaries live within three months. As a result, client approved Phase 2.

Managed two highly successful projects concurrently for enterprise travel/expense booking corporation. Both billing solutions (Supplier Billing for travel companies (airlines, hotels, cars) and Customer Billing solutions were custom and are still in use today.

Client project manager for major Canadian shipping/ferry organization for highly complex customized Oracle Payroll implementation. Challenges included thousands of unique rate conditions for one-off assignment changes on vessels adopted over 30-year period. Lessons learned could fill several libraries.

As Sr. Project Manager for NetSuite/Oracle, regularly managed 15-20 implementations simultaneously over 4 years - nearly 60 medium-size manufacturing companies successfully operating in NetSuite.
