20+years in a manufacturing hands-on supervisor-lead role in union and non-union work force.

Shipping and receiving experience including pick-n-pack and dedicated trucking, :

Prior forklift driver certification by Clark lift trucks.

CNC experience.

Have experience with lathes, horizontal mills, and surface grinders. Able to stick, TIG, and MIG weld.

Supervised a rolling mill department with 15-25 employees with 5 large rolling mills. Also directed the receiving personnel and maintenance crew on 2nd shift.

This included: conveyors, belts, gear drives, specific gravity fill fillers (IWKA, Nordsen, KP, Filla-matic and Oden) Trine labelers, as well as Video Jet coders and other various production equipment for Procier and Gamble, John

Frieda, Pfizer, Connetics and other major retailers in a high-speed production environment.

Responsible for verifying lab samples from propellant changes in the gashouses and the propellant

tanks, perform PM's and changeovers depending on schedule.

Operations Supervisor Special Metals Corp 05/1998 - 08/2001

Maintained and directed a crew of 16 salaried employees and maintenance crew on 2nd and 3rd shifts.

Responsible for stainless steel and special alloy coils being trimmed and rolled to specified gauges. The

operation also consisted of a 2000 degree annealing oven and a Herr-Voss precision slitter.

Handled logistics on the off shifts to assure on time shipments of containers and coils to help insure on

time shipments. Scheduled and covered vacation days for the operator.

Maintained time and attendance.
