Responsible for technical planning, delivery and support of client portfolios for the print mail business unit – insurance and health clients. This is a multi-faceted role involving :

Technical portfolio management engaging with client technical and business stakeholders on a daily basis

Partnering with Conduent business teams/product owners in planning and executing client roadmap. This would include delivery updates and support activities like incident management, root cause assessment and recurrence prevention.

Program manager responsible for control of large-scale programs such as disaster recovery planning and solution redesign or renovation
