GIANT CONSTRUCTION – Landover Maryland

Started as a Foreman working renovating open GIANT Stores, Was lead Superintendent at such developments as *Leisure World (entire Shopping Center) & Bethesda Giant Shopping Center as well GIANT Main Office Building HQ & one of the first "Data Centers" at GIANT HQ in Landover Md, Over seen the Renovations of the Lucerne Milk & Ice Cream Plant ALL under VP od Construction John Sutton. 1988 -1999 - Owner PT Contractors/ Upper Marlboro Md Operated a Construction Company that did mostly Tenant Buildouts & Renovation as well Capitol Improvements in Washington DC, NOVA & Maryland for Charles E Smith Management Construction Company. Closed the Business in Order to open another Business CIC,LLC with family which was a MDOT Certified Business in MD DC & Virginia. When Smith broke up their businesses PTC S went in another direction.

2000- 12/22’ CIC, LLC Clinton Maryland

I was the General Manager of CIC, LLC A Certified MDOT DCDOT, VADOT as well certified Business with WMATA, MD MTA & other Government Entities as well has had a relationship with CBRE, JBG, Smith and other other projects. I was involved with Marketing, Estimating, Oversight of Project Management and Field Operations.

I also performed budget costs for projects from plans & walkthroughs for Building Owners, Property Companies and the Government to work to make their budgets work and develop Leases costs. Skills
