Work Experience
Customer Service Engineer- 1995 – 1998 to provide technical assistance to our customers via phone support.
CCIE Lab Engineer 1998-2003 – design exam content, administer exams to customers and assure all customers could understand the language of the exam.
CCIE Program Manager-1998-2002 develop remotely delivered preparation labs that deployed automation to grade the lab exercises and provide performance feedback to end user, to assure end to end processes to seamlessly assist our remote customers
Senior Labs Manager – 2002-2010 upgrade and streamline lab infrastructure as a LAAS to better meet the business needs as well as reduce hardware costs.
Senior Manager of CCIE and Labs Operations-2004-2010 design, develop, test, implement and provide customers ( Learners and Certificants) with World Class end to end solutions. Teams 10 CCIE experts /9 Lab engineers, 2 Programmer’s. First to introduce simulated, interactive lab.
Senior Manager, Software Development – 2010-2020 transition of a development team and their product to our business unit for productization and additional software development. Team of nine programmers
Senior Manager Engineering/Architect –2010-2020 Worked closely with project managers and multiple program managers to create a system framework that would completely simulate a lab experience during a CCIE written (computer generated) exam.-The complexity of interfacing with our test delivery partner’s system and to automatically launch and provide a true interaction with virtualized equipment for a test taker. The primary business drivers were to create a system that would delight the customer with that real experience to save money on hard ware and to reduce cost of support provided externally without overworking or “pigeon holing” our valuable staff- Team of 15 programmers.
