City of Blue Springs Recreation Department Blue Springs, MO 11/2021-Present Sports Site Coordinator for Adult and Youth Sports programs, Youth Basketball, Adult Volleyball, Pickleball and Adult Basketball. I interact with the Coaches and players, while ensuring all the equipment is set up and ready for play, that officials are assigned and everything runs on time. I also handle all complaints and disputes at the scene.

Was responsible for staffing the entire facility along with Membership Sales staff and Front Desk personnel. Membership Sales increased 35$ each year, while membership retention was kept at 65% each year.

Impact Athletic Club Conroe, Texas 02/2014-07/2016 Was brought in to be the Managing General Partner who ran the Day to Day operation of the facility. Staffing, Marketing, Pro shop selection and stocking of product and all Membership Sales. I also handled the sale of the club to local businessmen when the partnership decided to sell. I also managed the Pro Shop and the Swim Team while giving swim lessons to both youth and adult members. The Athletic Club at Maryland Farms Nashville, TN 01/2006-01/2009 As the Director of Youth Sports and Programming I was responsible for creating athletic leagues for children 8 to 14 years of age, as well as, developing programs for that same age group. Created a Youth Sports Program where none existed before. Built the program from 0 children when I first arrived, to 1250 children Soccer. Also created the Itty- Bitty Athletic Program where 3, 4 & 5 year- old children learn team- work skills, sharing and improving eye hand coordination skills. Was the Aquatic, Day Camp & Racquetball Director in a facility where I grew up learning to play racquetball. Taught swimming classes year-round and offered private swim lessons as well. As the Director of Racquetball offered both group and private racquetball lessons, operated, staffed and stocked the Pro Shop.
