Title: Automatic pneumatic bar feeding mechanism

Description: Automatic bar feeding mechanism is the technique used to feed

the bar automatically. The main intention of our project is to reduce the

man power and avoid accidents. And the main purpose is to alleviate the

time to feed the bar when the power hacksaw machine is operated.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Responsible for production, production planning and achieving

monthly, weekly and daily targets.

Responsible for 5s, workmanship discipline, work place

excellence.

Reducing scrap cost.

Improving productivity.

Giving and implementing suggestions,5s in shop floor and

monitor its effectiveness and make it

reachable in lower levels.

Involve small group activities to reduce the rework time and

cost saving ideas.
