(2020-Dec 2022):Sub contracter,teaching and training driving forklifts, scissor lifts and OSHA safety training.

(2018-2020): JECO,worked as warehouse manager, my duties were managing and improving Nine warehouses in the United states and taking care of warehouse processing for JECO’s warehouse’s branches in Mexico.

Training manager: trained all technicians driving forklifts and scissor lifts and issued permits.

Trained technicians mechanics and electrical troubleshooting.

Safety manager:In charge of all safety spects and trained employees all OSHA safety requirements.

(2011-2018): Own a mechanic business.

(Dec.2006-Nov.2010): Dec.06-Dec.07 worked at Cropper detention facility, my job was a BBA, advising compound commander and other officers, conducted several culture awareness classes for soldiers and command officers and I was the main advisor there .

Duties: Repair and troubleshoot PLC’s, Hi speed and automatic doors, repair docking equipments, preventive maintenance and providing technical support for customers.

(1999-2000): TFI (Tube Forming Inc.) Dallas Texas.

Position: Lead services tech, R&D.

Duties: Lead maintenance, troubleshoot and machines repair, set PM (preventive maintenance) program, keeping machines record and member of safety team.

(1992-1999): Sun Engine Dallas Texas / Engine Master KC Mo, TX.

Sun Engine sold in 1995 and name changed to Engine Master.

I worked in all engine master facilities in Dallas and Kansas city Mo.

Position: Started as machines maintenance, approved my skills, ability, attendance. Advanced to supervision position in 1996 and R&D.

Duties: Trouble shoot and repair machines, set preventive maintenance program, member of ISO 9000 team. Keeping machines records, purchasing materials and parts, training rest of maintenance team troubleshooting and ISO program.

After sun engine sold to engine master, EM had big contract with general motor, GM released and contributed big monster machines to EM part of the contract. I moved, set up, wired all those monster machines in KC Mo facility.

I set up good energy saving program at EM to cut light bill to the third after working hours and week end.

(1988-1991): Steel Pipe Co. Basrah/Iraq.

Position: Electrical Engineer.

Duties: Started as a regular electrical engineer in 1988, approved my engineering skill and management, advanced to maintenance engineer supervisor.

Set up training program, Expanded maintenance facility, and involved in more maintenance plans.

Set up preventive maintenance program to keep machines in good shape to keep machines and production going.

Renewed all pneumatic (Air) in pipe company, renewed most hydraulic equipments and rebuild several machines.

Set up new protection system to each machine at pipe plant and trained several technicians to deal and troubleshoot X-Ray equipments, trained tech on Hi voltage incoming power to the plant.

Summary

I’m an electrical engineer. Graduated from university of Basrah in Iraq 1988,worked as an engineer in steel pipe company till 1991, I came to USA in sep 1991, since then I been working as a service tech, repairing, troubleshooting, electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and R&D.

Worked as BBA and media advisor for detention operation and an advisor for Commanding General/Detainee operations during Iraq operation freedom.
