When I was senior manager at Discount Tire, I developed a quick guide for the tire technicians to decrease customer wait times. It was eventually put into effect in all discount tire stores

I was honorably discharged from the USMC as a Staff Sargent (Ssgt.) that led Marines in two different tours in Iraq after 9/11.
I lead the team of correction officers that rush cells when necessary. I train new recruits in the prison.
As senior manager, I was able to increase sales revenues at three different discount tire stores; I was recruited to do this to these stores based on my performance.
