After 10 months on the road with PRIME that ended with a Medical Disqualification, I was welcomed back to Amalie Arena by Delaware North to fill the role of Concessions Supervisor and Analyst. I am using my experience now to dig into Health & Safety issues as well as Recipe Cost Analysis across the entire F&B offering here at Amalie

PRIME INC., Springfield -12/2021 thru 10/2022 Springfield, Missouri

I have made the decision to change my Carer Path after 45 years in Foodservice. PRIME is a Best of Breed Trucking Company that offers Paid Training. Driving has always been something I enjoy and am good at, so at this point I feel that I need a job with solid income, low stress, not to mention something to accomplish from my “Bucket List” I acquired my Florida CDL in December of 2021 and have trained with PRIME acquiring my 30,000 miles Goal to be issued a Truck and begin solo driving as of April 2022. While completing my DOT Physical in October of 2022, I was diagnosed with Diabetic Neuropothy of the lower extremities and disqualified from being able to drive for Prime.

Returned to Florida in late May 2021 after dealing with a difficult winter in Pennsylvania.

Bill Moschella, a colleague I worked with at Amalie Arena had opened this 1st of many locations to come later, and insisted that if I was coming back to the area, “you’re coming to work with the Family at Moschella’s” who could refuse that offer. My experience in Concept Development and standardization will be critical as Director of Brand Development. Staffing shortages being driven by Covin-19 forced us to actively work the business from open to close 7 days a week. This along with their inability to offer Healthcare Insurance led me to seek another option, which I found at Advent Health.

M.A.P.S. PH Management – 1/2021 thru 5/2021 – Ft. Washington Pennsylvania

After recovering from a stroke in late 2019 & Corrective Eye Surgery in Late 2020 I became the Area Manager for a group that had taken over the Philadelphia Market for Pizza Hut. My desire was to assist them in reopening the nearly 50 locations that once made up the market. After managing 6 locations I made the decision to return to Florida for Health & Financial reasons. In my time with the group my area improved controls and raised average guest check, while working thru a bevy of maintenance & repair issues. Also managed to create a caring thoughtful area culture and managed numerous team members upward into Operations Management.
