Lead supervisor in the kitchen. Responsible for supervising inmates to follow recipes to make meals for approximately 1400 inmates. Three meals issuing out with tools and ingredients. September 2017 – July 2018 Shelby Middle School, Utica Michigan Lead custodian in charge of maintaining the safety of the building and children while during school hours. Responsible for minor maintenance tasks throughout the property. July 2015 - August 2017 Aramark Food Service, Macomb Correctional Facility, Macomb Michigan

Supervised approximately 80 inmates to ensure all rules and recipes were followed in the kitchen to prepare meals. Three meals daily to feed approximately 1400 inmates, 7 days a week. April 2014 – July 2015 Arlo Plastics, Romeo, Michigan Operated machinery wile filling it for production. Inspected for OSHA specifications and approval. Prepared products for shipment to Chrysler Motor Corporation.
