Summary:

I have over 19 years of experience in IT LAN/WAN Administration, Satellite operation, server management, help desk management, and telecommunications installation. Duties included maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of network hardware, Cisco equipment, and other tactical equipment while serving in the United States Army. I have been in many leadership roles not only to train and mentor, but to complete the task at hand and to be proactive in today's industry. In my career with the Army I have worked alongside Federal Contractors from companies such as General Dynamics, Northrop Grumman, Raytheon, and Mantech. As a Network Engineer for GSC in Richmond Virginia, I designed, built, and maintained a network that span across 5 states. I have led teams, as well as followed and I am willing to go the extra mile to get the job done above the standard.

Brigade Network Technician:

SECRET security clearance held

Maintain and troubleshoot tactical electronic radio from VHF, UHF, AND HF to SINCGARS involving a crypto fill for communications security.

Designed and implemented numerous LANs/WANs using subnetting and various network topologies.

LAN/WAN based networking for Microsoft Windows based applications.

Installation of CAT 5 and Fiber Optic cable and the setup of secure classified applications and unsecure applications.

Linked remote military locations using 4.2M Ku and Ka band satellite trailers.
