I would greet the customers then I would lead them where they need to sign waivers so they can get in line. So, they wouldn’t lose their spot if they didn’t sign the waivers first. If I had any parties that day, I would check in with the party parents to make sure that their pizza order was right / food order. Then I would assist with getting their tables ready, making sure the kids had the right wrist band for them to jump. Afterwards, I would keep checking up on the parents if they needed me to do anything else for them.

I always greeted the customers and told them what to do first before seeing a cashier if they didn’t have an account with us then to create one. Then if they did have an account then to sign in and see me. Once that situated then i would always go over the race pricing and how it worked, then they would choose one they wanted. After payment, I would place them into the amount of races they paid for. As Cashier Supervisor, I would deal with any problems we faced and or refunds. ( Depending on the situation.
