My duties at Ollies, is to maintain a clean working area in the Mods as an Mod picker using pick to light and also on the slapper as well minus the pick to light. In the Mods and the slapper I pick product by the correct location with the right labels with the same product and place them on the belt to the truck. I’m also an floor picker which is almost the same as working in the Mods or Slapper, but I’m certified to use a pallet jack to pick product in certain locations on the floor. Either we put product on the belt called
(CP) case pick, meaning the smaller products. And the bigger products we pick called (BP) meaning bulk pick we drive to the trucks. I was also an back up clerk from time to time, moving trailers in pink when a certain wave was finished, I had to continually scratch, force load and or re-print labels for the floor pickers, Mod pickers and the slapper pickers.

The was also responsible for helping customers to check price of items, and properly arranging products in shelves by categorizing them to make for easy access and display. As a sales associate I help represent the seriousness of the Walmart management in giving the customer the best shopping experience. One of my duties was to help improve the customer service and help make the accessories of the Walmart store easily accessible. As an associate I was also called on to help unload merchandise from the trucks into the stock room and subsequently on the floor. I was responsible for restocking the shelves, due to the closeness of certain products. As a stocker/loader I also identified products and items that were low on stockage and pass the information for the need to restock to the appropriate department.
