Had 4 inspections all of which I passed. 2/4 was an FSE(food safety evaluation) unannounced, scored 90 & above, & an OE (operational evaluation) announced, scored 90 & above, & passed health inspection with an A, unannounced.

I was responsible for running shifts & setting leadership examples. I worked on inventory at this time, scheduling, daily reports/paperwork, daily deposits, labeling & labor cost. Learned to cook, I taught myself.
