CAREER SUMMARY
I have 13 years of experience in the regulatory compliance field for telecom where I have obtained vast knowledge of the regulations regarding cell towers from FAA/FCC regulations to NEPA rules and guidelines. I also reviewed, approved and tracked all DAS systems and Temporary sites used for special events for the West Region along with 4 other states in the Central Region. My position saved the company millions of dollars by avoiding penalties and fees. I also helped write training procedures and trained my peers. In addition to Telcom experience I have 10 years of experience as a Liability Claims Examiner. This required extensive knowledge of the Texas Auto Policy and Home Owners policy. I have also worked Auto Claims for Oklahoma, California and Arkansas. In addition, I have negotiated many claims through mediation requiring the ability to negotiate with Defendant Attorneys all of which were resolved without the expensive cost of litigation.
