I would set up robotic arm operator machines with a teach pendant; by setting up a vision program, pick program, and a grind program for each and every different part that was called to run. I had to maintain this process for 5 machines that were belt feed by lining parts up for the robot arm to pick the parts up and take it over for the grind process of the machine. This allowed for a Clean finish for tools that came from the forging process . This allowed for a precise measurement of tools so the other operations could perform so at precise measurements as well to make a good durable part at the end of the assembly/ part process.
