I was an assistance store manager back in the uk before moving here to the United States, my job was to organize and run my department, once a week we would go over our goals to see if we met our targets for the week and monitor and maintain store inventory for my department as assistant manager my responsibilities was to hire new staff and coach the new staff and monitor them for 90 days, also my job was to monitor any complaints that came through my department also to make sure my new staff followed policies and guidelines.
