SUMMARY
Raised in rural Tennessee living on a farm, you learn how to fix and build projects to your best ability. Like my first bicycles
chain came off the
sprocket, when I put it back on I didn't tighten it snugg enough, that so to speak caused a chain reaction, it lasted around
the barn a time or two, then
the same thing happened again except this time my school pants leg was intangled around the chain and ripped it
enough to be noticeable to mom
when she came home. Wearing that unmatched patch was very embarrassing for the remaining school year. My uncle
was watching me trying to
explain, it wasn't my fault for the hole in my school clothes. Then he said come with me and show me your bicycle. I
showed him, and he said
Michael watch me fix this chain correctly and when I'm done, I will remove it again, and then you can see if you can
assemble it back to proper
working order. And I did it exactly as I was trained, from that day on if it came off again, fixing it was quickly and easily
done. I learned as a child if
you don't understand something as for help, because not properly understanding what you are doing, can be very
dangerous and it will cost more
money because I didn't know what I was doing. I was taught by example if I don't understand ask someone who does or I
could get into big trouble.
Today I still apply these practices and by my uncle taking 10 minutes to show me, well let's just say it saved my mom a lot
of patches and me alone
less embarrassment. My leadership skills set asset quality is noticing employees lack of ability to perform to their best
abilities and experienced in
explaining as well as showing the correct skilled way without degrading their self esteem or proformance ability. I prefer
to build up instead of
breaking employees down. I always treat everyone, like I want to be treated.
