Medical records operator. My daily responsibilities included scanning medical documents to the six doctors in the office, checking that they were accurate and HIPPA compliant. After doctors review, they were sent back for me to scan in correct pt chart. The daily mail was also opened at sent to the doctors for review and also scanned in patients’ chart. All medical records releases and requests were reviewed by me to make sure they were HIPPA compliant and sent and received by me.

Cash office operator-in charge of all the employees register tills had correct change and money to start day. Counting the safe several times a day to make sure any employee who needed change, that the safe at correct amount. Requested money from bank for change and made daily deposits to the bank for pick up.
