• Submerged in estuary water, gathering seagrass samples, after which utilizing the lab and the lab equipment in a safe and proper manner.

• Using the YSI lab equipment to check the water parameters, within the estuary.

• Utilizing a secchi disk to collect more data about the area where the samples were taken, then securing the samples in a ziplock bag to test in the lab.

• Drying the seagrass in the oven, weighing the collected samples from the seagrass, then accurately logging the data of each collected samples.
