‘Customer service inquiries and issues are handled as quickly as possible. We do
everything possible to ensure that our results will satisfy the customer’s needs.
1am the customer service representative regarding lost and found property. Many
times the property is of very high value and at times very large sums of cash.
Sometimes the customers are very irate about their lost property. I handle each
customer with courtesy, respect and professionalism. I identify and return the
correct lost property to the correct customer. Repeat customers have learned my
name and when inquiring about lost property, they will always ask for me first.
