Set up, maintain and repair automatic punch presses, metal-forming machines and conveyor systems. Implement all change-overs, timing adjustments and repairs. Diagnose, troubleshoot and correct the line. Adjust the machines to fit S.P.C. charts. Document repairs in mechanic's log. Maintained and repaired all machinery in a food-processing plant, including grinders, mixers, presses, conveyor systems (shuttle, long and incline). Set up box-forming and sealing machines, as well as vacuum-pack sealing machines. Performed preventative maintenance on ovens. Created and installed preventative maintenance program for all machines throughout the plant. Calculated inventory and stock of parts. Executed electrical and plumbing maintenance as needed.
