Project description:1- Iconic tower consisting of 68 stories in addition to two basement levels with Built-Up area of 462,873 m2 for the tower and podium including retail and car parking in addition to the office building, and cabanas.

2- 4 Residential towers 54 stories in addition to ground floor with Built-Up area of 159,034 m2 for each tower and podium.

The total BUA for the five towers is 1,094,619 m2. Responsibilities:

o Generally responsible for inspection of all Structure work such as

• Slabs (flat slabs, post tension slabs and flat slabs with drop panels)

• Columns (conventional Rft columns & composite sections)

• Beams (coupling, marginal and inverted beams)

• Walls (shear walls & cores)

• Domestic & fire water tanks

• Steel welding work: UT & PT tests for the steel embedded sections. o Complete supervising of all post-tension stages (stressing - cutting - sealing - grouting). o Responsible for inspection of all Materials that come to site such as (Cement – Steel – Waterproof materials – Grout materials- Bearing Pad – Blockwork- Architecture accessories) and coordinate with the contractor for technical issues. o Responsible for inspection of Finishing works (Masonry and Plaster works).

Project description: Residential tower is about 185m above finished ground level and consists of 47 floors including lower & upper ground floors in addition to two basement floors. The podium's main function is retail on two levels while the rest of the 42 floors of the tower are dedicated for Residential use. The two-basement level is used for parking and MEP services.

Responsibilities:

o Generally responsible for implementations and inspection of all Structure work such as

• Slabs (flat slabs, post tension slabs and flat slabs with drop panels)

• Columns (Rft columns, composite sections and tree columns)

• Beams (coupling, marginal and inverted beams)

• Walls (shear walls & cores)

• Domestic & fire water tanks • Steel welding work: UT & PT tests for the columns’ steel sections.

o Complete supervising of all post-tension stages (installing and handing over to consultant - stressing - cutting - sealing - grouting).

o Responsible for organizing and inspection of all Materials that come to site such as (Cement – Steel

– Waterproof materials – Grout materials- Bearing Pad – Blockwork- Architecture accessories) and coordinate with their suppliers for technical issues. o Responsible for implementations and inspection of Finishing works (Masonry and Plaster works). o Co-operate with technical team to submit (MST-PRP-SCR-MAT-TOD). o Coordinate with Consultant’s representatives for any inspection of works. o Plan the execution of all civil related works and coordinates the works to surveying, electrical and mechanical groups.

• Feed production plant with a production capacity of 180,000 tons per year.

• Inspect every phase in the construction process.

• Inspect the delivered material of the project prior to use.

• Generally responsible for implementations of all civil works (steel reinforcement, formwork, false work, post tension slabs, waterproofing and backfilling) at site by supervising and monitoring contractor to ensures that all site works are done according to all applicable quality standards.
