Performed data wrangling to correct all outliers and missing data values. Utilized exploratory data analysis to hypothesize potential predictors and engineer new features. Performed time series analysis with Zillow County time series and forecasted house prices in a county in year 2020. Used ARIMA model for time series forecasting. Modeled the training data to XGBoost regression and linear regression algorithms. Chose best performing model by RMSE
