Manage, supervise, and promote Health & Safety positive culture in the workplace.

Conduct daily inspection report and update.

Report defective equipments/ machineries on daily usage

Ensure janitorial/ cleaning staff in hygiene practices .

Ensure that the operatives in specific workplace area of assignment are in compliance and adheres to cleaning and protocol.

Report insufficient chemicals, cleaning materials to ensure there is no shortage.

Provide appropriate closeout & response to the main client cleaning issue.

Conducting inspection, monitoring and implementing the organizations and clients’ Health & Safety System, and provide necessary requirements. And accomplishment.

Develop and provide trainings periodically, refreshment and tools and hygiene

Motoring all daily time sheet and report Absenteeism.

Assigned staff on different location and scheduling

Inspection of all mandatory monthly color codes.

Establish a working relationship and advising on issues with the organization’s project site management, subcontractors, and coordinating with the site team member and top management.
