Python Developer, Microbusiness density forecast Competition, Kaggle Mar 2023

Created a multilinear regression model to predict monthly microbusiness density in a given area based on the US-county level. Lead a team and divide tasks on data cleaning, transformation, data quality check, and exploratory data analysis on 100k+ data to evaluate county-level microbusiness density.

Leveraged data visualization and cross-validation to find the month with the highest average density. SQL Developer, Car Rental System, UW Oct 2022 – Dec 2022

Designed a car rental system with 20 entities to enable employees to use the database to record business data information, leading to a more efficient operation. Applied SQL to build the whole database, collect 5k data points, and take experiments to make sure the database works smoothly. Investigated the single-use plastics abuse in healthcare clinics with mixed surveying methods and got 180 healthcare providers’ feedback. Analyzed the collected survey data with Tableau/R to gather insights into usage.

Provided a visual report on the abuse rate on aspects of the healthcare cycle to suggest a reduction of single- use plastics usage.
