Assembler/Forklift Operator- Syncreon York- 03/2019-Currently
Had to take plastic off radiator frames and place pins in back of them. Then put frame on presser to be press down. Correct every part I grab using a Scan Gun. Also had to go to warehouse aisle’s section and grab parts and bring it out to the Lower Fairing Department/Outer Fairing Department.
Assembler- Johnson Controls-( Master Staffing)- 02/2018-03/2019
Have to read the work order that job gives me. Then I have to go to get parts for the coil reading the number off work order. Place parts on work station table and look on work order to see if part of coil is getting a gasket or not. Then start screwing parts of coil together. Once coil is finish being build use a crane moving to the finish area.
Forklift Operator- Herculites Products-( Tempstar Staffing)- 08/2017-02/2018
Had to bring product for the whole Finishing Department. Also to pick orders and bring it out to department floor. Scan every part to and from location I pick up using a sit down forklift. Have to make roll holders using a nail gun and hammer. Had to weigh all messed up rolls and sit it outside.
Quality Control- Crane Freight-( Aerotek Staffing Agency)- 03/2017-07/2017
Had to inspect Harley Davidson bikes as it pass by assembly line into a tunnel. Place labels onto the bike and assemble different parts on the bike. Had to scan bar-codes on the bike to put information in the company system about the bike. Then Forklift Operator once got pass tag will come pick it up and place bike into bikes location either to be stored in warehouse or shipped out to customer.
Machine Operator- New Standard-( Master Staffing)- 10/2016-03/2017
Had to operate the Leak Master Machine. Print labels out for each products and do cycle count for each product. Also test each part using a tester and write number down on company work sheet. Had to learn how to read blue-prints for each part is different. Then once product is inspected and machine passes it put bonnets on both ends of tubes and pack into a metal box using a crane.
