Is an experienced Security Professional with more than 10 years in the industry. I served in the security field in the DC, Baltimore and surrounding Metropolitan area,and I have a passion for doing my job with integrity and a great skill set. I have proven to be dedicated,reliable, and resourceful in whatever I do, I do to the best of my ability. My desire to learn more,will never be limited when it comes to Security, because I am consistently improving upon my knowledge and education(I am presently in the process of getting certification for CPR ) in the latest technology and training. I currently hold a valid TWIC card, valid Driver’s license, Gun Permit Certification,I have a very good driving record, and impeccable non criminal background.

After my initial introduction to the field of Security, I continued to grow an intense desire and interest to pursue a career in that field. I developed an innate ability to surveil an area or a scene, while simultaneously taking care to note details that would most likely go undetected by most.

My ability to research, gather, and extract information from all types of sources has become one of my finest assets.In time, I have interviewed and screened new hires to be employed by me with a natural instinct to detect when prospective candidates also possessed that same special quality or ability to do the job well. I have an in-depth ability to objectively analyze and evaluate matters and form a professional judgement. I demonstrate a strong leadership with the ability to listen and to communicate well, all while developing a strong working relationship with colleagues.

I am great at multitasking; setting and managing meetings; and delegating multiple tasks clearly and decisively.I do not mind going the extra mile to service the client, with dedication, persistence, creativity, and pay great attention to detail.

I have always had a special ability to figure things out as an inquisitive, and a go-getter type of person.I always felt I am unstoppable, and driven to find the answers. These are all values that helped shape me to be the determined Security Professional that I am today. I see myself as an asset to a company that stands for integrity and great work ethics, because all of those things mirror the standards and the goals that I practice and will continue to strive toward in my continued pursuit as a Security Professional.
