Professional Synopsis:

Monitor site activities according to project specific quality plan, inspection and test plan, technical specifications, method statements and quality management system procedures.

Prepare and submit inspection request, conduct daily and regular site inspections as defined in method statements, ITP, field control checklists, etc.

Liaise with the construction team and the consultant the schedule of works and inspection date and time.

Conduct joint inspection with client/consultant and obtain approval. Raise deficiency and non-conformance reports whenever require and liaise with concerned engineer/project manager. Ensure that corrective and preventive action is taken.

Raise RFIT/WIR/IR for the below different activities for inspection

Structural: Foundation, Core Wall, Columns, PT Slab, RCC slab, Precast Column & Slab, Precast Facade, Steel Structure etc
