Versatile, autonomous and dynamic profile. Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Science and Technology of Information and Communication. (Equivalent of Bachelor 1st cycle). But I am gifted by the welding I have a certificate of professional recognition in welding. I have more than 10 years in the metal sector, I started by occupying the position of welder then a team leader and finally in 2015 I launched my own company, SWM (Company Chargui World Metal) its expertise in the design, manufacture and assembly of metal structures for framework, general boiler, piping, formwork, sandblasting and metal construction.

Respond to customer requests via telephone or in person.
Evaluate the needs in manpower, equipment and materials for the work of the various trades.
Participate in preparatory meetings with work managers and design engineers.
Calculate the volume of hours and manpower required.
Conduct maintenance and hire personnel.
Select materials required for construction.
Negotiate with identified suppliers and establish quotations.
Establish a schedule for the construction site.
Organize and distribute tasks according to the construction schedule.
Control the budget during the construction phase and ensure that it does not exceed the established forecasts.
Review the progress of the work.
