For M&M Auto, managed the complete project to expand the business to include a body shop. This increased the overall net income by over 40% within one year. A full year earlier than expected. While with Loman I created, obtained, and surpassed sales objectives set forth by the company consistently throughout my employment, increasing the lease departments’ revenue by over 25% During my time at C&JDO I turned a losing company into a profitable one in under one year. For Aladdin I reduced the cost of goods from 24.5% to 17.3% creating a savings of over 4 million dollars per year. WORK EXPERIENCE:

Took concept of body shop from project inception through to a working business Jan. 2007 – April 2012 – Sales, Lease & Inventory Manager – Loman Auto Group – Woodbridge & Parsippany, NJ

Sales & leasing of new and pre-owned vehicles.

Reorganized the lease department to retain previous customers. Created a BDC department to track the sales and delivery process for customer satisfaction. Dec. 2005 – Jan. 2007 – General Manager –C&JDO Ltd. Tel Aviv A telemarketing company dealing with sales to overseas markets. I managed the complete operation. Overseeing 8 salespeople and 4 others in support jobs. During the first half year here I moved the operation from losing 150K USD per month to the break-even point. Turned first profit during the following month. This was accomplished by finding better sources for potential clients, streamlining the staff, and reorganization of compensation to the sales team whereby the majority of their pay is based on sales commission and not base pay.
