Achievements: Developed expertise in coordinating all phases of engineering and landscape construction. Demonstrated knowledge of the land development process, permitting and bond exoneration with local, State and Federal Agencies for public and private projects.

Designed public and private improvement projects including streets, water, reclaimed water, sewer, drainage, landscape and grading plans. Designed and calculated subdivision and parcel maps, utility easements. Job site Superintendent and Construction Manager for all of the above.

Coordinated and scheduled survey crews to provide mapping, construction staking, boundary surveying, ALTA surveys, and other survey operations.
