While working for Bosch my role includes, Risk assessment prior to commencing service work, Diagnosing the likely cause of reported equipment problems, Liaison with customer operators/supervisors and using specialist equipment, providing high service levels to all customers, whiles keeping them informed of the required works. Identifying the problem/ordering the required parts and updating the customer of the required service date or any delays, complete repair and service work on the appliance to the agreed work plan, removing and dispatching components for specialist attention and re-installing the original or replacement, to bring the appliance up to the required standards. Inspecting and testing appliances to ensure the unit is operating to expected performance levels, reporting any further defects or suspect conditions to the customer. Complete all service reports and warranty documentation to enable the correct and timely manner. Invoicing paying customers and up-selling additional cleaning accessories to the customer.
