Management: 20 year U.S Army retiree, retired as a noncommissioned officer, where I maintained and trained over 300 soldiers from ages 18 to 41. During this training my ability to adapt to numerous different soldiers from many different walks of life. I was able to teach and mentor people to ensure each soldier was prepared for wartime and peacetime missions.

Communication: During my 20 years in the U.S Army besides what was mentioned above I also was an Army Recruiter for 5 years. During this my interpersonal skills and communication with others was tested daily with one on one interviews as well as presentations to rooms from 10 to 500 parents, students, and faculty.

Leadership: Aside from my military time, since I have retired I have been hired as a manager of a local bowling alley and also given the responsibility of working at a PGA golf course as a caddy. Since I joined the Army I have been in a leadership role consistently.
