I never think that, the job i am doing is not neglected because while, I am driving I have to ensure the protection of the life of my passenger, so I care for self and also my passengers. I have completed drivers advance training and defensive driving training and holding the driving license so I always follow the rules and regulation of road and highways and also the protocol from my current organization.

Job Responsibilities:

-Driving the assigned vehicle and attend to the assigned duties on a timely manner.

-Cleaning vehicle and ensure its proper and timely servicing and maintenance.

-Maintaining logbook and take the signature of the users.

-Maintaining overtime sheet on the following day in accordance with the log-sheet honestly.

-Maintaining fuel consumption records on a monthly basis and fill out the form to calculate the fuel consumption rate.

-Responsible to keep all vehicle documents like tax token, route permit, fitness and insurance certificates updated before expiry dates.

-Carrying out any other duties that may be assigned by the respective supervisor.

-Ensuring WVB Employees and guests have availed vehicles for traveling on time.

-Checking the vehicles are physically and legally fit for driving all over Bangladesh fitness rules of BRTC.

-All log sheets are kept in file separately on a monthly basis and all usages of vehicles are identified from sheets.

-Overtimes are submitted on overtime sheets on a monthly basis to the finance on the following month for making payments with salary according to supervisor plan and signature.

-Separate fuel consumption form for each vehicle is prepared by the first week of the following month and filed to get the vehicle-wise fuel consumption information.

-All documents are the in the vehicle and no legal incompliance occurred. A copy of those documents is also in the office file.

-Happily, accepted and completed the assignment given by the supervisor.

-Working in BRCR, we are ready for 24/7, as per needs.
