Dispenser Services, Inc., Charleston, SC 2001 to 2013

Customer Service/Call Center Manager

After discussion with the CFO daily, it was decided that Dispenser Services needed to create a "Customer Service" department. Policies and Procedures developed for department. Over the years the department grew to 3 service dispatchers and 2 installation coordinators, along with 50 technicians that covered the Southeast and New England. My position included management of the department and management of projects that involved all departments.

Trained installation coordinators to schedule installations of beverage equipment at customer accounts. We had over 50 technicians and the installations had to be scheduled for each of them.

Provided Crystal automated reports to be emailed to the installation coordinator daily so that they would have their checklist of work orders that needed to be scheduled. Work orders were organized by status to determine if they needed to be scheduled, or if they were already confirmed and not yet closed. If the work order was not in “Confirmed” status, it would show up on the report. Also, wrote other Crystal reports to show whether work orders have been completed by the technician, based on scheduled date. If the scheduled date was a prior date and the work order was still open, the installation coordinator would contact the technician directly to see if they needed assistance with closing the work order.
