Supported two delivery teams in a SAFe environment to build an international money transfer software app that enables customers to easily transfer money from their USA checking bank account to someone in their home country using their phone

Coach and facilitate two teams of 4 software developers, 3QA engineers to deliver software products using SaFe Scrum framework.

Plan and facilitate scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand up, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

We built an HMO for Premera Blue Cross in WA which is now live and helping her customers to have more flexibility to select a primary care provider (PCP) as well as have access to Preferred provider organizations. This project was estimated at bringing in 23900 customers in the first year. This project was delivered on time through collaboration with the team in many ways as summarized below.

Facilitated daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and sprint retrospectives for multiple teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
