With 2022 quickly ending, there are actions you need to take to ensure your information and preferences are accurate for your 2022 Form W-2. We encourage you to prioritize them as soon as possible. Please note, if you are a K1 or Trusted Advisor, you will not receive a Form W-2 from TriNet. However, be sure to update the contact information listed in your TriNet profile if applicable. Important Deadlines

• Update your contact information and delivery preference—so we can mail your W-2, or send an electronic notification that it’s available, to the right place.

• Verify your home address in your TriNet profile—so we can ensure taxes are being withheld and reflected correctly on your W-2. Visit the Year-End/Year-Start Resources site for more information and resources, including a checklist to keep track of your to-dos. If you have any questions, log in to TriNet (login.TriNet.com) and click Contact TriNet. If you are unable to log in, go to TriNet (login.TriNet.com) and select one of the following options: Forgot Password, Forgot ID, Unlock Account, Login Help.
